| The opening of Respublika has been delayed several times. The original opening was scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2014. This was postponed until March, 2015. Sometime after this the project was listed as 'frozen' with construction possibly resuming by the summer of 2016. This never occurred and in July, 2017 the attempts were being made to auction off the complex. In June, 2018 the area was still fenced off with foliage taking over. Between late 2019 and early 2020 the park's website was updated with a 2021 opening which did happen in late 2021. |
