| Location: | Playland Park was located on the south end of Bitter Lake. The R. H. Thomson Junior High School was built on the west end of former park and a Gov-Mart store (which later became the Rite Aid strip mall) was built on the east side. Bitter Lake Park occupies what was the heart of the park.
