History:	Nut Tree first opened as a fruit stand on July 3rd, 1921. The first amusements came in 1942 with the Nut Tree Railroad. Sometime in the late 90s Nut Tree closed. In 2006 the park is reopened as a mixed residential, shopping and business area. Nut Tree Park is a small area of this development.
