History: David Bradley of Bradley and Kaye designed the Little Dipper model and sold the design to Herschell.  The first production unit is thought to have gone to Coney Island on or around 1947 or 1948.  When Herschell was bought out by Chance in 1970 it isn't clear what happened the rights to this design.  Nearly identical units were shipped under the Bradley and Kaye name in the 1970s.

From the advertisements, Herschell offered two models of Little Dipper from (at least) 1954-1957.  Their dimensions were 37x102 and 51x102 feet.  The 1960 models were 33x108.
