| MP-Xpress was meant to be rethemed to the Belgian comic book character Lucky Luke. It refers to the villainous Dalton Brothers who have a habit of escaping from prison. Lucky Luke is always tasked with rounding them up again. It was meant to be called "Die Daltons brechen aus" which is German for "The Daltons breakout". Initally planned for 2020/2021, the project was pushed back. The ride was repainted for the theme but the final retheme itself was never realised. In August 2022 the park confirmed the coaster would be rethemed but the Lucky Luke option was cancelled. A new theme was chosen. |
