History:	Originally founded in 1977 by Byron Betts as a 12 acre kiddie park. Byron expanded 7 years later to include a water park. In 1992 Jeff and Leanne Stock bought the park. In December 2000 Six Flags Inc. purchased the now 70 acre park for $19.3 million. In April 2007, CNL Income Properties purchsed the park from Six Flags.
