Between 2011 and 2014 Vekoma changed how track segments were joined on their Junior Coaster models. Models built before this time period used two bolts in each rail positioned halfway between ribs. This is best seen looking at the track's underside for two bolt heads positioned 45° downward from the rail's inside. Models built after this period, the segments are joined by bolting ribs together. This is seen by six bolts, three per side, going through the ribs.
