| Trains: | 6 trains with 5 cars per train. Riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows for a total of 20 riders per train. |
| |
| Facts: | The trains on the Top Thrill Dragster changed a few times during the first season. Presumably to create a lighter train, the Top Thrill Dragster had four car trains when it opened. By mid season, the fifth cars were put into service making the trains five cars long as planned.
Originally the dragster theme included an engine, tires and a fin occupying the last row of each car. These were removed and seats were installed in their place.
The front car has always only seated two riders due to the nose shape, so there are 18 riders per train, not 20 as listed above. |
