Facts: Two different roller coasters have operated inside of the Nightmare Mine building.  The first was the park's former Orange Blossom Special that was enclosed and repainted black.  Then in 1999 or 2000 the ride was replaced with an identical model purchased from Fun Junction in Grand Junction, Colorado.  The entry represents this roller coaster purchased from Fun Junction.  Unlike the original, this roller coaster was not repainted black and was red, white and blue as it was at Fun Junction.  While this roller coaster was in operation the original could be found in the park's bone yard.
According to an advertisement by IRM (International Rides Management), a ride broker, this roller coaster was built in the 1970s.
