CDA (Compagnie des Alpes) sold Pleasurewood Hills and six other parks to HIG Capital. Of the six other parks, only Avonturenpark Hellendoorn (Hellendoorn, Overijssel, Netherlands) and Bagatelle (Merlimont, Nord-Pas de Calais, France) were amusement parks.
