| Opened as a flower park in 1853. In 1949 it became an amusement park operated by the Togo Company. In January 2004 Togo declared bankruptcy and reorganized. Part of this reorganization was the selling of Hanayashiki to a subsidiary of Bandai, a Japanese toy company. |
