Notes:	The operational status of Habtoorland is questioned. The park's website does not appear to have been updated since 2005 and the listed email address is not working. In November 2008, during a phone call to the park they stated "all the rides are closed forever, don't know if they'll reopen". The Twister roller coaster was operational on July 17th, 2008 based on a Flicker picture. So it isn't known if the rides closed between July and November or if the person on the phone was confused.
