Notes

Originally a straight out-and-back layout that was reprofiled between 1928 and 1930. A 1927 Sanborn map shows the original layout and an aerial from a 1930 newspaper article shows the later profile.
The Pippin received two new trains by the National Amusement Device Company.

Owner / Operator

Built by the Lynn Welcher construction Company and operated by them as well until 1935.
The Zippin Pippin sold for $2,500 at auction to Robert Reynolds and Stephen Shutts, partners in a traveling museum called the Honky Tonk Hall of Fame & Rock-N-Roll Roadshow.
