The name Mammut does not refer to the extinct animal Mammoet, but the German Mammutbäume (Redwood) tree.
Located in the park's Sägewerk (Sawmill) area.
The Mammut was the first wooden roller coaster completely designed and built by German companies.
Using specially designed inline skates Dirk Auer
rode / skated the Mammut's track. Dirk also skated the G'sengte Sau
track some years before.
