| The J.L. Todd Auction Company placed an ad in the October 9th, 1982 issue of Billboard advertising an auction at Holiday Beach scheduled for October 23rd, 1982. The outcome of this auction of this auction isn't known, but advertisements for the park exist for the 1983 and 1984 seasons. The 1983 ad listed the Jet Star, a new "Kamikazie" water ride and claimed 15 major rides. The 1984 advertisement continued to list the "Kamikazie" as a new ride and simply listed "Steel Rides" and did not elaborate to what they were. |
