| In July of 1901, it was reported that the owners of the Loop de Loop Railway sued the owners of the Centrifugal Cycle Railway for patent infringement. Later coverage has not been found, but both devices continued to operate, and advertisements in Billboard suggest that the two companies reached some sort of settlement and/or joined forces. |
