| In 1997 the park size was reduced by approximately 1/3rd. The southern end was half replaced by the MGM Grand Conference Center and some years later the MGM Grand Pool Complex was completed occupying the other half. In 2004 or 2005 the remainder of the park was demolished to build the The Signature at MGM Grand and Topgolf. |
| The park reopened in 2001 as "The Park at the MGM Grand" for group business and special events with 50 or more people. The last event occurred on Memorial Day in 2002. |
