Defunct Roller Coasters (4)
|Former names:||Adventurer's Inn|
|Location:||The park was located next to Flushing Airport -- a private plane and blimp airport.|
|History:||The park started with a miniature golf course, arcade, restaurant and kiddie rides. In the 1960s the ownership changed and the park grew into a significant amusement park. In the 1970s New York's Public Development Corp (PDC) took the land via eminent domain for the purpose of an industrial development.
The property remained vacant and abandoned for years until being occupied by a movie complex, Toys R Us and office buildings.
