Notes

A Billboard magazine article covering the dismantling of the Zip roller coaster beginning in January, 1952 goes on to state it was to be replaced by a junior coaster in a different location. That isn't confirmed, although an advertisement offering the park for sale at the end of 1952 does mention a kiddie coaster, but with no details as to type. An ad for the liquidation sale in October, 1961, mentions both a "Leap the Dip Small Roller Coaster, 4 cars" under major rides, and a "Junior Roller Coaster" under Kiddyland rides. It is assumed the Junior Roller Coaster or kiddie coaster mentioned in these references is the same ride. It is also presumed this was a steel oval kiddie coaster which would have been quite common during this time.
