Paramount's Great America announced they had sold Greased Lightnin' to Wieland Schwarzkopf and that it would be transported back to Germany. The was not transported back but rather moved to Six Flags Marine World. An unusual move because in 2002, Paramount's Great America and Six Flags Marine World were not part of the same corporation. It is possible Wieland Schwarzkopf only acted as the broker. |
